– First switch on your J5 Pro.
-Connect your J5 Pro to any working Wifi Connection.
-Then, Get back to main “Welcome Screen”
-Now Press “Home” button (Middle Key) 7-10times,
-Now talkback is on.
-After that, you have “talkback Tutorial” on your J5 Pro.
-Now draw “L” on your J5 Pro screen to bring “Global Context Menu”
-When “Global Context Menu” Pops up show on your device screen – then double tap on “Talkback Settings”
-Now turn off talkback.
-On your Samsung J5 Pro screen draw again “L” to bring “Global Context Menu”

-Open Apps – then find “3 dots ” from phone top-right corner.
-Then Select “Show System”.
Then Scroll down and find “Google Play Services & Google Account Manager.apk”
-Then tap and Open “Google Play Services.apk” – clear data and then disable the “Google Play Services”
-Then tap and Open “Google Account manager.apk” – clear data and then disable the “Google account manager”
-Then back to home screen and then go to “downloads” and then install “GadgetsDoctor.apk”
-Tap -> Next -> install -> done.(don’t click open button)
-After installation Done – Open Settings – Scroll Down and go to Accounts & sync
-Tap on Add new Account.
– Now Select Google from that list.
-Now add a Gmail account. (Valid Gmail account).
-After that go back to settings – then open “Apps” click again on “3 dots’ and click on Show System.
-Then Click on Disable apps .
-Then enable “Google Account Manager”.
-Then enable “Google Play Services”
Then back to settings main screen again.
-Then go to “Lock Screen & Security”.
-Then tap on “Other Security Settings”.
-Then tap on “Device administrators”
-Then tap on “Android Device Manager” -> “activate this device administrators”.
-If you see two “device manager” enable & active both of them .
Factory reset Data:
-Now Restart your Samsung J530F.
-Complete android all initial setup
-Once you successfully access your home screen.
-Then Go to -> Settings.
-Then Scroll down -> backup & reset ->Factory Data Reset -> Reset Phone.
