-Tap on Add new Account.

-Now add a Gmail account.(Valid Gmail account).
-After that go back to settings – then open “Apps” click again on “3 dots’ and click on Show System.
-Then Click on Disable apps .
-Then enable “Google Account Manager”.
-Then enable “Google Play Services”
Then back to settings main screen again.
-Then go to “Security” .
-Then tap on “Android Device Manager” -> “activate this device administrators”.
-If you see two “device manager” enable & active both of them .
Factory reset Data:
-Now Restart your Htc Device.
-Complete android all initial setup
-Once you successfully access your home screen.
-Then Go to -> Settings.
-Then Scroll down -> backup & reset ->Factory Data Reset -> Reset Phone.
